Anyone knows where can i find the documents and the Status Light indications about my autoloader C1560B?

In the back of the manual that came with the drive there is a list of staus lights and meanings.

Thks everybody, I'm not on site, and the customer say that the operator attention LED on C1560B autoloader tape drive is flashing amber.
what does it meams ?

Operator Attention Required (lower LED):
- Steady Amber =>Serious hardware error has occured and you may need to call for service.
- Flashing amber => User-recoverable error has occured:
=> A hard fault condition which the drive cannot easily clear
=> The heads need cleaning
=> The tape is nearing the end of its useful life
=> Ther is a tape in the autoloader but no magazine is present
=> the front door is open when it should not be

You should read the top line of the LCD and refer to chpt 6 of user manual "Troubleshooting"

Hi Najmus,
As Im preparing to change office Change of address, Im filling cardboard up... Now I just put my had on a 48AL Autoloader User's Manual,If you want send me within 15 minutes a fax number and I will fax you the troubleshooting chapter, well that is if the secretary hasnt locked her office (Fax).

I tried sending you a fax but I get a non valid answer you are located in Canada arent you? (thats what I find in your ITRC profile...)
