automated notification Patch

software exists reports the level of patches in my system and unloads of the Web the necessary patches in my hpux something like up2date of linux

No, not something like up2date.

The ITRC has cpm_collect.sh that creates a file that can be uploaded to ITRC whic can be run against it's database. It gives you a list of recommended patches. You can then download the patches and install manually.
