B132L+ Installation problem
I have a B132L+ with a FWSCSI on ID 6 as normal. However when I try to install HP-UX from the correct 'B' type CD it says it cannot find a disk during the scan. The disk can been seen during an SEA operation along with the CDROM and the Tape..

Re: B132L+ Installation problem
Is this a running system, you want to reinstall?
If, Yes.
Check if you don?t have any hardware problems.
do a dd on the disk
dd if=/dev/dsk/c???? of=/dev/null bs=256k
Make sure you use the latest ACE cd for installation.

Re: B132L+ Installation problem
The answer is to have the latest ACE. All install problems are resolved by having the latest ACE.
