BIND and AD DDNS

Will bind DHCP update AD DNS? Then the next question is can it do this with 6 different AD forests? I believe I need for DHCP to be 'authorized' by each of the forest's DCs.

Can some one help me, with at least phrasing the question correctly if nothing else.

Each of the AD forest administrator's don't want to figure out how to 'parse' out the ip addressing but they want to use AD DDNS. Our networks use public addressing and variable length subnet masking? I'm hoping to learn from the bind user's whether or not this is possible.
