Re: boot problem

I'm not sure about your current status.

Please try to capture your boot attempt console output and post.

Hope this helps!

Re: boot problem

Shalom manal,

I'll assume you are using service guard clustering.

I will further assume your system has had a boot disk failure.

Thats the best guess based on information provided. You should get the hardware looked at , even if you have to pay by the hour.

Since your boot disk is probably gone, lets hope someone did an Ignite backup so after the hardware is fixed the system is repaired.

Hi Manal,

Can you please take the dump of console logs and send us to know the exact status.

Re: boot problem

Console is not responding ??

How did u connect to console, try connecting via Serial cable if haven't done so.

Try reseting the GSP/MP manually and login again, collect SL/CL logs.

Whats the server model etc.. share as much detail as u can which will enable others to have more idea abt the probable causes.

>memory subsystem may not operate at optimal performance level

This seems like a warning, does it boot to user mode?
Do you remember what's different between the prev and the latest kernel?
