Booting from DVD drive problem
Hi.
RX2620 Itanium server ...
When selecting the option for 'bootable internal DVD' from the EFI boot loader screen, it takes me to the boot loader command prompt & only very briefly reads the DVD (which is the Core OS install dvd). The last line displayed is: 'press any key to interupt'. I have not pressed any key but the counter next to the line is always on '10'. The dvd drive is seen (earlier did an ioscan to verify this). The keyboard itself behaves correctly in the EFI menu screen so it is not as if the ENTER key is sticking!
Thanks.

Re: Booting from DVD drive problem
Not quite sure why but after another reboot of the server, I was able to boot from the DVD drive!
Thanks for your help.
