I looking for some info. on bootptab allowing an INCLUDE file?

Never heard of INCLUDE file - you can use
"tc" in the line to point to "T144", which in turn points to
a file that contains information to be included.

IF this is what you wish to do, peruse this example
of a setup for running an X-station...

Example:
site3.defaults: ba=183.144.xx.xx: hd=/path-to-xthome: .. more info..: T144="hpxt.master"

snip..

xstation-name: tc=site3.defaults: ha=:...more info...:T145="list of IP's for this connection"
