Canon printer
Well we have here a canonir3300, and have a strange problem
Canon say's that the support pcl, and if we doe some test it looks allright
create the printer with:
addqueue -i 267 -qcanon -hipadress -b on -r on
lp -dcanon -o 'yb landscape duplex' textfile
if i do print a textfile with banner i get only the banner page
When i change the ip adress to a hp4050 printer
(/etc/lp/interface/canon)
there is no problem printing with banner
Also in the log /opt/hpnpl/tmp/print.log

Nov 18 11:59:52%%[ status: finish sending print data ]%%
The log is with no warnings or errors on the hp4050
It'looks like that the canon, not accept the hp pcl code for banner, anybody more lucky ?
