Capacity Planning/Reports

Just curious what would be a good capacity planning/system monitor tool to not only collect data, but present/generate graphs for management?

Mainly for HP-UX, but need to collect on linux as well.

The best choice for HP-UX is Measureware (now called VantagePoint). It will provide dozens of measurements with the ability to produce graphs using Xwindows or extracting the data suitable for spreadsheet progam graphs.
