CBF message on display ...
Server in question is hp-ux 10.0 hp9000 K570
When a server was satarted, on display says: CBF INIT traps
and on screen: it says something about firmware ...
what is the meaning of this?
because it doesn't start the server.

Generally CBFB means a panic or HPMC.
To see what is going on, you would need to go to the boot menu and go into hardware logs and type PIM.
From there, you'd have to consult with a local HP guy to find out the meanings of the codes.
Assuming the SW hasn't changed since your last boot, its a good bet that you have a broke piece of HW ... likely one of your CPU boards.
