CD Busy -- Cannot Mount

The CD-ROM in my B2600 systems apparently does not spin up when I first insert the CD. If I try to mount and then push the eject button I can push it right back in. This spins up the drive which allows me to mount the CDROM on the system.

The device is a LITEON LTN485S

I know that early on in 11.00, you needed to have a patch to make at least the Audio portion of the CD on a B2600 work correctly.

The current 11.00 patch is PHKL_30280.
