CDE error
I check the /.dt/startlog and /.dt/errorlog after running /usr/dt/bin/Xsession and /usr/dt/bin/dtsession and they indicated errors on the display name. although the DISPLAY variable is set to hostname:0.0
What am i supposed to do now?

Re: CDE error
/sbin/init.d/xfs start
XFS is the X font server daemon and it does not auto start in HP-UX install.
To set auto start vi /etc/rc.config.d/xfs
Set the first variable to 1.
Note also, the default behavior of HP-UX 11.31 install is to not even install CDE.
