cifs problems
I need to mount a windows 2000 share on one of my UNIX boxes.
HPUX 11.11
cifsclient A.01.08
cifsmount //fs03/informatica /informatica/6.2/fileshare -U inform
produces the following errors
NFS getattr failed for server fs03: RPC: Unable to receive
.
NFS getattr failed for server fs03: RPC: Unable to receive
NFS getattr failed for server fs03: RPC: Unable to receive

Hi,
Are you shore it is a cifs problem, could be a nfs problem, is your system running nfs_client are the nfs ports enabled.

rpcd is running and nfs is up and seeems to be fine.
