cimserver errors

I have two servers where the cimserver process seems to be restarting a lot. How can I tell what is killing that process? And is it a problem since the cimserverd is always so prompt about restarting it?

This is wahat it looks like in my syslog;
May 1 02:31:02 server183 cimserverd[8068]: cimserver[21974] not running, attempting restart
May 1 02:31:08 server183 cimserver[8225]: Listening on HTTPS port 5989.
