Hi,

If the NT server is able to run NetworkTimeProtocol (ntp/xntp) it is your best bet. If not i do not know how.

I know NT uses the NTP protocol, but if it can act as NTP server for the HP-UX system I don't know. I know there are allot of commercial products which can help. Just check google.

go into SAM -> Time and you can configure NTP Sources on the HP-UX system.
