Cluster lock disk

Hi guys, just wondering.
1) how to create a cluster lock disk.
2) How to restore a lock disk.

Its defined in the cluster configuration file and applied by cmapplyconf or (in case of a replaced disk) by vgcfgrestore (if the backup contains this information).

1) a lock disk is just any disk ina clustered volume group, yyou don't have to specifically "create" one - the cluster lock data is written to the disk when the serviceguard "cmapplyconf" command is run. After the cmapplyconf is run, its good practice to take a vgcfbackup so you have a backup of the cluster lock disk...

2) assuming you did the vgcfgbackup, then a vgcfgrestore will get you the cluster lock data back onto the disk... alternatively you can halt the cluster and re-run cmapplyconf, or I think there is the (unsupported) cminitlock tool as well...
