My user is protect whit password
It's possible execute this command whit other users :
remsh cad1 -l root "/usr/sbin/reboot -h"

If the user knows the root password of the remote machine, of course.
Check the .rhost file in the remote machine too

remsh cad1 -l root "/usr/sbin/reboot -h"
Note: shutdown(1m) will allow other users to use it. See /etc/shutdown.allow. That may be safer than allowing users to do any root command.
