Compiler upgradation

Hi,

Currently I have Compiler "A.01.07"(aC++) on my HP-UX v10.20 server.I want to upgrade it to "A.01.21".so can some one pls let me know in details how to do that.whether I'll have to purchase this new version of compiler or is there some way to upgrade the older version.
