Config a network printer thru SAM

can any one told me how to config a printer that are conected to a windows pc on the network.

i need to configure it thru SAM.

In SAM terminology, a "network printer" refers to a proprietary HP LAN card and has nothing to do with a printer connected to a PC server. The PC printer is called a "remote printer" and you'll need 3 pieces of information: the local print queue name (whatever you want to call the printer), the remote PC's hostname or IP address, and tghe printer's name inside the PC. Be sure to check the BSD option in SAM.

But before you start, you must enable remote printer services (aka, LPD or Unix printing) in the PC.
