Configuration Items.
this is my second post. My role is currently as a Configuration Mangager (infrastructure, h/w, s/w) and i have been Unix Admin Before. Our shop is full of HP-UX and Linux implementations. As a sucessful CM, what are things that i may need to know? Please advise.

Ur jobs roll basically Implementation Engineer/System Admin or Project Manager⠦⠦..Iâ ve also never before heard any product name Configuration Manager (CM). Could U please describe product future & brand name?
As I know CM means Cell Manager (Data Protector), is it?
