Configuring a 3Com SuperStack II Layer 3 Module
Has anyone have any experience configuring a 3Com SuperStack II Layer 3 Module in an HP-UX network environment?
Why can't we all get along?

Re: Configuring a 3Com SuperStack II Layer 3 Module
I havn't played around with 3Coms network equipment much - basically I'm not satisfied with their design - it's a matter of religion, which I will not discuss here ;)
But related to a hpux environment, there is only one thing you need to be specifically concerned about, and that's the port settings for the UX servers.
I've had it before, problems when they try to auto negotiate a link speed - setting the ports to a fixed speed/duplex setting in both ends, can potentially save you some problems later.
Hope this helps
