configuring clamav

I am having problems when configuring clamav on HP 11.0. Does anyone know of any good documentation?
Specifically I am getting this when running ./configure:

configure: error: Need to know how to pack structures with this compiler

NB: 11.0 is going to go out of support Dec '06 !!

I tried ./configure --without-tcpwrappers
but with no luck.
I did receive a response from a clamav-user that said this a known problem and was waiting on HP for a fix.
