Connect:Direct Query

I have a HP-UX server on which I recently installed Connect:Direct and I need to connect to a mainframe to send a file to it. Can somebody tell what all I need to configure to send the file over . Please provide precise steps that are needed ( adding a node , etc ) . What all info I need to get from the mainframe folks.

you need to get the
"Connect:Direct for UNIX Getting Started Guide"
which should on the media, or downloadable with your sterling commerce support contract.
