If not you can pick up a jetdirect box for relativately cheap (under $100) and make this a network printer. There may be newer solutions out there as well.Once a network printer add to the system like all other network printers. The previous posts direct you to good info.

Do you want to connect this printer as a parallel printer or LAN attached? If there is a parallel port on the HP server then you can use a printer cable (centronic) to connect to Epson printer. Else, you have to connect using the LAN. in either case, you then use SAM to configure the printer.

1. HP JetDirect 170X (J3258B)
2. HP JetDirect 300X (J3263A)
Only 300X model supports LPD protocol, and can be used in HP-UX environment. Model 170X is targeted generally for Windows/NetWare environments.
