Controller to disk IO rate

How can I find out the IO rate between the controllers and disk devices?

The specifications depends on server.

http://docs.hp.com/en/hw.html

Look it up by model number and you can find the rated I/O rates of the various parts.

Actual measurement can be done by sar scripting.
