cprop behavior in non-root environment.
Problem: In non-root environment, cprop displays an error message before the actual information is displayed. This problem occurs only when options detail and summary is used. Resolution: Remove this error message in this case.

As you see QXCR1001082428 is a fixed issue at latest version (March 2011), for this I've indicated as probable issue on previous versions.

Well, not enough info for this recent product is available, maybe for this reason HP includes inside of all released notes this "Reporting Defects" paragraph:
"You can report defects and send suggestions to Diagnostic.docs using Quality Index eXchange Product Change Tracking (QuIX-PCT). If you do not have access to QuIX-PCT, contact your local HP representative to file a defect on your behalf."
