Hi,
Is there any way to know the time that has consumed of cpu a process??, only with system operating commands. I haven't got glance, mwa,. etc...
I only know do "top", but when the process end, I can't see something.

Attachine a command set that comes with th OS that gathers such information into files.

You should have a look at the process accounting subsystem that comes with HP-UX.
See man acct(1M) as a starting point. There should be also docs available in the knowledge base.
