cstm issue
when I am trying to issue the command in cstm prompt i am getting this message..
cstm>selall
cstm> info
..currently info is disabled.
if anybody can help me in this regard..i would be grateful.

try
sel all instead of selall
also try
map
then select just the devices you are interested in - the report is much more managable

I assume your daemons are running:
/usr/sbin/stm/uut/bin/sys/diagmond & diaglogd
Could you then please try:
map
sel dev all
map
info
