date type

it is different date type when acccess telent and ftp service.

why is reason cause this ?

Hi,

This is not the case with me when doing it from one HPUx server to another. Through "ls" in ftp and "ls -l" after telnet gives same output.

Both servers are running 11i.

Possibally for your scenarion the OS versions are different or it is a cross platform.

We could 2 outputs in your query. Was it from same machine ? or you got it while doing telnet/ftp from different machines to same host?

May be shell/OS difference would have caused this change .
