dced error unable to login

Hi everybody
I'm unable to login through opc_adm or opc_op and getting following error
can't lookup servers: connection request rejected
(dce/rpc)
and this i had observed that dced daemon is not running
it says following error
2001-01-25-12:04:50.900-05.00I----dced error dhd general main.c 0x00000001 process pid 5776 exited with status 0213

can anybody help this is very critical.
thanks in advance
Regards
Harish

Re: dced error unable to login

Your Pre-authentication directory may be the culprit (dce/dhd)
The directory in question is /var/opt/dce/security/preauth. It should

have permissions of 711 and a Group ID and User ID of 0.
preauth & creds directories should be owned by root.
drwxrwxrwt 2 root bin 1024 Oct 18 14:51 creds
drwx--x--x 2 root root 96 Oct 16 11:49 preauth
