default font for telnet

Hi,
Someone knows how to change the default font for telnet. For example how can I automatically use the arial font when I start a telnet session. HP-UX 11.11

Check your telnet client software for that.

how are your using telnet, windows telnet, putty or what.

telnet is a communications protocol. You are probably referring to a terminal emulator window, possibly dtterm or xterm which is running inside CDE. If you are running on an HP workstation with CDE, the font toolbox icon will popup choices for your emulator window fonts.

If your using xterm, look at the fn option :

xterm -fn fontname
