Default FTAM Permissions

Hi,
I'm trying to use FTAM to 'get' a file a multiple number of times. On one server this is OK but on a second server I keep seeing FTAM level write permission errors when I try to overwrite the file.

Where does HP-UX FTAM obtain its default file permissions to apply to FTAM and how can I set a new default? I've checked the .ftamrc file and there isn't one and umask has no effect!

I can't see where this is set in the HP docs even through they talk about this default FTAM layer permissions.
