Device files missing.
All the ather disks, most also from my xp512, have device files.
This machine is in a 3 node cluster and onm the other two machines I do not have this problem.
Can someone help me.

You can recreate device files by:
# insf -e
This will check entire system and will create device files if needed.

run insf -e -H
This will create files specifically for devices under the H/W path.
