device not found

Hi
i have got:

Máquina: pign01
Modelo máquina: K580
SN: 3835G25087
S.O.: HP-UX 11i
HBA: A3404A
Dispositivo cinta: STK T9840A

with ioscan
8/8.8 fcp FCP Protocol Adapter

but the systems don´t create /de

May be you have not loaded the driver for the A3404A Adapter. It should be there in the application CDs.
