Disabled Root Password.
Obviously, I need to step up security to prevent this from happening again. No
idea how it happened yet, either. Root password has been disabled. How do I fix
it?

Re: Disabled Root Password.
If you have an active ROOT shell on the server, run this
command
/usr/lbin/modprpw -k root
This clears out the disabled status on the ROOT account.
There are other ways to clear the disabled status, but you should check with HP
Response Center for supported solutions.
