Disk clean up
Hi
Could you please tell me where will be store un needed file becaus my disk got pranck level i need to reduse disk space.
and how to remove data from file i mean should make mt file.

Nandam,
Maybe, if you have the oportunity for it, put a new drive in the server, and then do a vgexport and vgimport to that drive.
If it's less than vg's I would think about backing up the data to other place, let it be take or network drive.
One last thing that you can do is to copy the data over via NFS to another server with more space.
Then just delete what you do not need to free up the space.

More locations are often answered here - you should use the search option of this forum.
Search for 'disk full' for example.
For example it could be that someone wanted to write to a device, but created a file instead - check in /dev for files.
