Diskbench timeout value

Is my understanding correct that the applicaiton diskbench overrides the system default SCSI IO timeout value? When I use diskbench, through my fc-trace I see that the IO is halting because diskbench is timing out after 10seconds. I am not using a LVM volume. IO is run against a regular raw disk. How do I tell what is the timeout for diskbench tool? If there a way I can over-ride this value for raw disk?

Thanks,

Re: Diskbench timeout value

Hi,

If you do a 'db -h' there might be an option for the version you have.
