dmesg error
LVM: Performed a switch for Lun ID = 0 (pv = 0x0000000058ad4000), from raw device 0x1f0f0000 (with priority: 0, and current flags: 0x0) to raw device 0x1f100000 (with priority: 1, and current flags: 0x0).
what cld be an issue?

It could be volume group resides on the PV path /dev/dsk/c15t0d0 switched to alternative path /dev/dsk/c16t0d0 .
Please check the below things:
pvdisplay /dev/dsk/c15t0d0
Check whether the PV state is available and also do details analysis for this pV if your are gettings the issue repeatedly and also check the volume group health.

0x1f0f0000 is a controller device c15t0d0, major number 31 that probably reset itself.
Verfiy that this is a controller with 'lsdev' command searching on 31.
