Is there a way to clear dmesg without rebooting?

As far as I know its not possible without a reboot .

'dmesg' has only a small finite size. The buffer can be added to the syslog if you wish at periods of whatever you want using cron. See the man page for further details. In saying that you can't actually clear the buffer unless you reboot.
