DNS problem
what does it mean when I get information "Non-authoritative answer" using nslookup?

The answer is not from local DNS database.
I mean your DNS server have to query another DNS server to resolve this name.

The name server could be answering out of it's cache.
The first time you looked it up it might have been an authoritive answer, then the response would have been cached.
The second time you look it up it will be non authoritive, because it is looking at the cache.
