DNS query problem for db.cache in Bind 9.2.0
Hi:
I install HP-UX 11.0 and Bind 9.2.0 in master DNS. I meet some problems for db.cache
Q1: I add some other domains in db.cache and also add forwarding function in named.conf. I want DNS to check db.cache first. If DNS doesn't find entry in db.cache, DNS will run forwarding function. how to config?
Q2: When I nslookup other domains which define in db.cache, I also monitor DNS interface to check DNS query situration. In most of time, the DNS query fail and DNS send 193.*.*.* or 194.*.*.* . Why? How to avoid this situration? I ftp db.cache from other working fine FTP with acsii.
Please help and thanks a lot your help.
