Documentation

Does anyone know of a handbook that would be equivalent to an HP-UX 11.x CE Handbook that would be available to customers and end-users?

Re: Documentation

Hello Michael,

Most of the customers and end-users refer to technical documentation available at http://docs.hp.com.

Also, check out the books available at the following Website:

http://www.hp.com/hpbooks/

HTH.

Re: Documentation

Hi Michael,

I believe that the HP-UX 11.x documentation available at http://docs.hp.com is good for the customers and end-users.

Everything is possible

Re: Documentation

Thanks. I realize the wealth of documentation that exists at docs.hp.com. It is extremely verbose. The handbook is a down and dirty reference with the most common commands with the most common switches. The handbook is labelled "Internal Use Only." I am looking for an equivalent to this that can be issued to end-users. If not could anyone suggest a good book with the same features.

Best Regards,
Mike

Re: Documentation

The CE Handbooks have been published since the 1970's and are for internal use only. They are not complete documents and are part of HP internal training programs in order to use them effectively.
