Double-Sided Printing

We've been having major problems getting any printing to remote printers to be
done double sided, which they Do support and actually Did work correctly for
some time. Here's the strange situation: bringing our HP9000's running 10.20
down for a network upgrade and back up again several months ago without any
changes to configurations suddenly made the printing come out double sided to
our Minolta pi6000's. Then just last week while we did another network
upgrade, the 9000's went down and up and we lost the double sided printing
ability. Mysterious... I know there's an LP option to enable this, I just
don't know what/where it is and haven't had any luck trying to dig it up
online... Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
