DST Problem .. Patch PHCO_34669 11.23
Dear All,
After Applying the above patch, When i set the date to March the postponed of Time to 1hrs works.
But same is not working in the case of November (it sud prepond 1 hrs)
Helping Hands Required!!!

This isn't a problem with the patch; only the way you tested the Fall transition.
On November 4th, 2007 at 0159 the timezone changes from Daylight to Standard. Thus, at 0200, the system sees that it is already *standard* time (i.e. not *daylight* time) and "assumes" that there is no adjustment needed. If you perform the Fall time test beginning at 0059 as the clock advances to 0200 the change from Daylight to Standard time and the hour fallback will occur.
