dtaudio?

where did the dtaudio stuff go in hp-ux 11.11i?

I found the audio stuff that installs in /opt/wt/, if this is it then it doesn't work. I keep getting "Unable to access the audio hardware". The online help mentioned an audio server, security, and the rpcd daemon which I checked out and looks be all there, configured, and running. I know the system has audio hardware that works (it plays mp3's just fine). I just can't get any mixer controls.
