Last week it installs a card HSC 100 Base-TX in my team HP 9000 D390. After activating the card I am presented a problem with my DTC 16MX. The software "DTC Manager UX" it cannot communicate to this team and for it all the terminals, printers don't work.
The demon "rbootd" he/she doesn't get up, the error that shows is:
Hi,
Mon Feb 10 11:20:41 2003: STARTUP
Mon Feb 10 11:20:41 2003: cannot continued; not lan interfaces availableMon Feb 1
0 11:20:41 2003: TERMINATING
That it can be happening?
Thanks.

Solution
If you are running HP-UX 10.20, then you can't communicate to DTC through 100Base-TX lan cards.
The problem is corrected in HP-UX 11.00.
If the problem is can not find lan interface, then look in /etc/rc.config.d/netconf and be sure the correct lan interface device is being used.
