How do I configure HP-UX 11i to email outside address i.e. my exchange server.

If everything else is setup correctly, set the Smart relay host:

This is in /etc/mail/sendmail.cf.
The format is DS"desired relay hostname"

DSexchangeservername


Make sure your mail admin is allowing your relays.
Not without 2 backups and an Ignite image!
