EMS error

Hy,
We have a rp8400 with HPUX 11i, and I just installed EMS over it.
Well, when I run monconfig and mark optin for view the running monitor appear this messages:

/usr/lib/dld.sl: Unresolved symbol: rm_service_up (code) from /etc/opt/resmon/lbin/moncheck

What happened, a try to reinstall the software but I can??t resolved it.

Hi,

Make sure that your /etc/SHLIB_PATH has EMS included.
Here is an example contabts from rp8400

/usr/lib:/etc/opt/resmon/lib:/opt/mx/lib:/opt/mx/jre/lib/PA_RISC/native_threads

This sounds basic but does the file /usr/lib/dld.sl exist? I had a problem similar this this a while back and found that my lib's were somewhere else and I had to create symlinks to them to get a program working.
