error encountered executing vgreduce -f

error:-
on running the command vgreduce -f /de/vg02 a error occur "Floating exception(CoreDump)"

actually the vg had a ghost file,

first thing what i did was i removed mirroring with the command lvreduce -m 0 -k 1 /dev/vg02/lvol2 the command ran succesfully the next comand whichi ran was the above one and i came acress the error...

Pls can anyone provide me asolution

Did all the other lv been reduced to -m 0?
