error installing HP-UX

installing HPUX 10.20 on a 4gb in a B180l. When it starts to create the volume groups it comes up with an error;
* Extending logical volume: vg00/lvol1 ( /stand )
* LVM: vg[0] pvnum=0 (dev_t=0x1f006000) is POWERFAILED
* Lvextend: couldn't extend tLVM: lost quorum in vg[0], too many PV's missing
Can anyone help.

Verify SCSI termination.

Re: error installing HP-UX

are you cold installing from a coreOS cd?
verify that your hardware is supported.
In the GUI, verify that the disk is selected and identified correctly.
Are you sure of the integrity of the disk?

Re: error installing HP-UX

If I have deciphered it correctly the disk address that is failing is c0t6d0 which would imply the typical root scsi address. If that is getting a POWERFAIL message there is most likely some hardware problem that exists. I would check the integrity of the drive, its connections and termination.
